Founder and CEO
Romell Hall, founder and CEO of Hall Car Services, brings over a decade of experience in executive transportation and private security. Born in Guyana to immigrant parents, Romell built his company on the values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional service.
With a professional background in Finance and Social Services, and years spent touring the world as a professional drummer, Romell developed the discipline, attention to detail, and people-focused approach that define Hall Car Services today.
He is also a New York State Certified Special Armed Security Guard, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of safety, discretion, and professionalism. Under his leadership, Hall Car Services has expanded beyond luxury transportation to offer executive protection, delivering peace of mind with every trip.

Chief Financial Officer
Sarah Hall, Chief Financial Officer, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. With a professional background in education and mathematics, coupled with extensive experience in customer service, she brings analytical precision and a client-focused approach to the company.
In her role as CFO, Sarah ensures that the business operates with financial integrity and strategic growth, while upholding the company’s commitment to delivering luxury transportation with excellence and reliability.
